25 years ago today the world changed. We can all remember where we were when the first plane hit the Twin Towers. A 9/11 Memorial is taking place today at Civic Plaza starting at 8:46am. the exact time the first plane struck. I sat down with Lt Jason Fejer to reflect on that day.
